JLI has released a video of the "Crack Detection in Pre-filled Syringes" system. You can watch it here:

Inspection of prefilled syringes

Print
JLI has developed a new and innovative inspection technique for detection of small chips and cracks in prefilled syringes. The technique enables a full coverage of the syringe including areas with plunger, plungerrod, labels and liquids. Inspection speed up to 120 parts/minute. The system is capable of replacing a timeconsuming and often error-prone manual control. The inspection technique can be installed online for 100% inspection and is developed according to regulatory demands regarding validation.

SK-4010D released

Print
The 4th generation of the stone and knot inspection unit, SK-4010D, is now in production and is planned to be in operation in Asia in June. This version of the SK-4010D can detect airlines down to 5 microns at a speed up to 8 m/sec on glass tubes on-line. The new "Dual" design now makes this possible on tubes up to 30 mm in diameter, and with a simple realignment, airlines down to 10 microns can be detected on tubes up to 70 mm in diameter.
